Update on my cochet - table cloth

I started this last year... on Maal Hijrah I think. It stop at the 6th row. Exactly on Maal Hijrah this year I continue this again. Now..I can say it is 50 percent progressing. Have used 8 roll of crochet yarn ( Minlon Polly #273) - 187 pieces. Now it is a standstill project as I have run out of yarn. Cant find the yarn here..Who ever( in the family) is traveling out station..will have to run the errand of buying the yarn for me...latest "victim" was my dear SIL (CikYa) when she balik kampung during CNY..

I wish to finish this before Aidil Fitri this year and that means I need to be on turbo gear....May all the luck be with me..Amin!

Doily utk Cik Noxxa

Ha ha ha..Cik Noxxa bertudung turqoise....Sementara merehatkan badan yg penat packing packing..sempat jugak buat doily utk breadmaker seseorang....Sebenarnya..doily tu utk apa2 saja..tak semestinya breadmaker..memandangkan seseorang itew begitu komited menggunakan Cik Noxxanya dalam baking..teringat pula utk membuatkannya satu doily for her so called 'maid'....LOL

Sebenarnya..me buat pattern yg sama utk 2 benda berbeza...Yang warna putih ( yang pernah ditayangkan sebelum ini ) belum siap sebab besar. Yang turqoise ni aktiviti ringan2 je. Kebetulan pula my partner for the XSnXC Pinkeep Exchange akan menyambut ulang tahun kelahirannya pada penghujung Disember nanti, so..me buatlah 'besday gift awal' untuknya. Sangat yakin , by the time her birthday arrive, I'm still nowhere to be found..LOL..Nak study pattern lain,tak kecukupan masa utk 'test drive', jadi prektis pattern ini sajalah sampai jemu....



Since my partner sudah sms me memberitahu yg dia sudah menerima 'package' pinkeep itew, bolehlah story sikit2 pasal doily tu disini. I'm afraid this will be my last posting for the time being. Sekejap lagi nak dismantle pc and the talian hayat. I'm moving out today.

Buat Kak Ros..terima kasih kerana sudi menerima doily dan pinkeep itu seadanya. Thats the best I can think of to give you on your special day. Pandanglah doily itu jika teringat2 kat me..hope it serves its purpose..taking care of Cik Noxxa while she is busy being abused...LOL

My Doily Completed.....sort of!!

Alhamdulilah...my first crochet masterpiece...
Rasa macam tak percaya...sesuatu yg dahulunya dianggap sangat susah dilakukan dan tak mungkin dilakukan ..Kini didepan mata...sundrik bikin lagik!!

Jika mengikut pattern asal... memerlukan 35 keping sahaja. Malangnya..saiznya masih terlalu kecil for my coffee table. Whoaa....alas meja makan kot??..Kalau alas meja makan...ermmm..benang tukar warna kusam baru siap tu...aiyaiyai..raya tahun depan.....itu pun klu power turbo stabil..

Apapun....rasa macam tak percaya...

My Doily Progressed...

My crochet project progressed. Actually...the only project I'm working on at the moment. Syok pulak main kait2 ni..Tidak perlu refer selalu kat chart..LOL

Cik Oyen Gumi-gumi....

At last..dah kenyang beraya dan semangat dah kembali sikit2..dan teringatkan pujukan seorang adik manis iteww...here it is..Cik Oyen The Gumi-gumi...Of course lah kena panggil Oyen sebab colornya oyen..

Even before puasa , the owner of one 'finishing parlour' has been asking me to assemble the gumi2. I have no heart to do anything with the gumi2 as 'sudah ada benci' didalam hati...I hate the fact that the hands was so difficult to crochet..Got to give credit to who ever manage to complete the hands and the legs without much fuss.. I for one will not even mention of doing a cat amigurumi anymore.

I only crocheted the head and the torso. The rest of the body part was done by adek manis. Me tersentap maa..Tak reti nak kait tangan dan kaki semua tu...

So..here is Cik Oyen selepas berhari raya. I manage to 'gali' the courage to assemble it. It's not an easy task tho..sakit jari lah nak cantum2 ni...

To add colors to my posting here..Have to drag a sleeping Pinchesska to pose together with Oyen..

Good job Pinchesska....aiyaiyai...pandai posing ehh....LOL.

Nenek 4 Segi...

Activity orang demam over the weekend...I really like the yellow yarn ( a gift from Anasue)..thats why I made 3 nenek out of it..LOL
